Who is group therapy for?
Group therapy is great for individuals who share the similar struggles and problems. Some struggles may include but not limited to:

Communication issues

Parenting

Food and eating issues

Anger management

Grief and loss

What is expected during group therapy?
Typically led by 1-2 therapists and 8~10 clients in one session.
​
How can group therapy help?
An opportunity to receive support from both others and give support to others.
Allow for development of communication and socialization skills and learn to accept criticism from others. As well as develop self-awareness.
